These are designed to build strength and flexibility. A stronger class, helping to put to good use any buzz left over from your day! Each evening is lead by a different teacher, bringing their own unique vibe to the session.
Strong Hatha/Vinyasa
7:30pm - 8:30pm
Surrender into a soothing Yin vibe to take you back towards your Slumber. Longer postures which are mainly floor based. Yummy!

Enjoy a little freedom, with a dynamic feel to help you take on anything you put your mind to! Fun and smiley, just like out teachers!
Strong Hatha/Vinyasa/Yin

Come away from your Monday and have a soak in a Sound Bath. You are invited to lay down, snuggle under one of our our cosy blankets and soften ( maybe have a little snooze ) Allow Martin to Transforms you through time and space, using our 7 Crystal Singing Bowls - Deep healing on a cellular level and super relaxing!

You can book on, and cancel a class right up to the class starting - no charges will be added for late cancellations
( we are nice like that and totally understand life stuff)
* Please make sure you arrive in time for the class starting, as the doors are locked and secured at the times stated and the classes start promptly on the dot. Due to the experience for others in the class, we are unable to let students in if they are late to arrive x
Our doors are open 15mins before class, so feel free to come along early to settle in, have a cuppa and take time to come away from your day and into a bit of calm :)
Single Session - to use whenever suits you - Valid for 3 months, giving you the freedom to use straight away, or invest in a future treat!
Enjoy the flexibility of a 5 Session Pass. Valid for 6 months, perfect for if you come to Yoga or a Sound bath as a treat - to support your at home practice.
Our 10 Session pass is great if you Practice around once a week. Valid for 1 year, so no rush to use up all your passes if life gets in the way a little.
