Put yourself in the expert hands of a certified WHM Instructor to experience the powerful Wim Hof Method breathing. Find out how you can utilize your breath to optimize body & mind.
The class kicks off with a short introduction to the Wim Hof Method and its three pillars – Breath, Cold and Commitment. The instructor briefly covers safety, and any effects you might experience during the session, before explaining the basic WHM breathing technique. You’ll then bring your consciousness to body & breath for several rounds of WHM breathing. The instructor will guide you throughout the session. The class ends with a short meditation.
Who is this class for?
This workshop is suitable for everyone, but does require a basic level of health. Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before starting the Wim Hof Method.
Although there is always a rough outline, 'no program' a Wim Hof Method mantra. For the best experience, go in with an open mind and without expectations. The start- and end times listed in this section are subject to change.
Please make sure that you show your order number on arrival, either on a print-out or via your phone.
We advise to eat light, if at all, before the workshop.

Reiki is so easy and simple but also so profound, and if we are open to it, this energy can start to show us through direct experience what our true potential is and what else is possible for our life here.
Whether you seek personal healing (Level 1) or wish to help others (Level 2) learning Reiki begin with this course, where you will receive the necessary atTunements and training to get started.
"Reiki" is a broad Japanese word meaning "Universal, Rei" and "Life Force Energy,ki". Life force energy as we know it, has many different definitions but refers specifically to the healing energies that reside in the higher dimensions and permeate every living being. Reiki as a practice involves consciously channelling this healing energy to bring healing and balance to the mind, body and energy field. The effects of this energy is known to facilitate deep healing on all levels of our being, by gently moving us into a transcendental state of meditation. Within this transcendental state, the mind is completely relaxed and the body's natural healing mechanisms are accelerated. By looking at Reiki in depth and with honesty we realize and experience that we are not really separated from this beautiful energy which is already part of us since we were born, that's why receiving and giving Reiki is more a process of remembering rather than learning something new.

Our lovely Sallyann is bringing her Conscious connected breath to hill Valley, this is a rhythmical breathing modality used to soften the nervous system, supporting the release of emotions and stored tension within the body.
Each Breathwork Session is unique to what is present in the body at any given time and, therefore, a breather can expect to experience a variety of emotional responses ranging from relaxation and states of bliss to a release of tension and held trauma.
We open by dropping into the body, breathing for 50 to 55 minutes, before integration.
